Summary

We are looking for an experienced Welder Repair specialist for a modern robot welding department in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and improving weld quality in a technical production environment.

Function Description

In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring that all welds produced by welding robots meet high quality standards. You will perform visual inspections, repair welding defects, and carry out additional metalworking tasks such as grinding.

You will carefully inspect welds, identify deviations, and actively contribute to process improvements. Close communication with the welding robot operator and production manager is essential to optimize production quality.

You will work with plate thicknesses from 2 to 5 mm in a professional and technical environment where precision and craftsmanship are highly valued.

Client Description

You will be working in a modern production company with an advanced robot welding department. The company produces a variety of metal constructions such as box frames, center arms, fences and grates, central units, boiler frames, collectors, and M4use components.

Requirements

EU citizenship or valid work permit for the Netherlands
CV in English language
Experience with MIG/MAG and TIG welding
Good level of English
High attention to detail and quality
Motivated and able to work accurately

Offer

Salary: €20–€21 gross per hour
Possibility to earn €700–€800 net per week with overtime possibility (excluding housing and health insurance)
Single-room accommodation in shared house provided
Shared company car or travel allowance
Weekly payments
