Function Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assembler cum Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join a production team in Gouda. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for both sewing fabric components and assembling aluminium parts used in sun protection systems.

You will work with industrial sewing machines, follow technical drawings, measure and cut aluminium profiles, and assist in assembling finished products. Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with both textile and technical components are essential. This role offers a structured work environment with long-term potential.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a sewing machine operator or similar role
Minimum 1 year of experience in assembling metal components
Basic technical skills and experience working with tools
Ability to measure, cut, and assemble accurately
Understanding of fabrics and sewing techniques
Physically fit (some lifting required)
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Good problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
