As a Welding Robot Operator, you’ll manage the automated welding of high-quality metal components. Your responsibilities include setting up and adjusting robotic welding systems, performing quality checks, and contributing to process improvement.
You’ll enjoy a high degree of independence in a modern, open, and results-driven environment, collaborating with skilled colleagues and applying your technical expertise.
Working hours:
Monday–Thursday: 07:00–16:35
Friday: Finish at 12:30 — enjoy an early start to your weekend!
Your Tasks
Operate and fine-tune robotic welding systems
Conduct quality checks on welded components
Suggest improvements for efficiency and quality
Support other metalworking activities as needed

EU citizenship or valid work permit for the Netherlands
Experience of 1-3 years with welding robots, or a strong motivation to learn
CV in English language
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Detail-oriented and responsible mindset
